Specialization in medicine has gone too far in the opinion
of some of the older doctor.
One of them was talking to medicine student who said,
When you graduate I suppose you are going to be a specialist
like so many of the young men nowadays?
‘Yes, doctor,’ he replied, ‘I’ am going to specialize in diseases
of the nose.
‘Indeed?’ the older man snorted. Which nostril?
